Basement ceiling HELP. Drop ceiling or drywall wouldnt work for us.?

I need ideas for my basement ceiling. I have radant heating so there are pipes running every which way. I dont want to cover them with regular drop down ceilings or drywall, because it is a waste of heat, with it being open right now my basement is nice and tastey, second if there is a leak (we can get right to it), and third if we close it off we will have to pay more taxes on the area due to a "finished basement". My husband is losing his job to another country, so we have to sell our house. The realtor said we have the basement finished 90% we need a ceiling to be complete to get the money we have put in to the house. Any ways I saw on TLC someone put screen on the ceiling, so air could get through looked cool to me. Does anyone have any ideas of what I can do?
