Why is it wrong for older men to date younger women but not other way around?

Like, in the media especially, if an older man dates a much younger women, it's deemed as "creepy" or that he is just a creep. However, when an older women dates a much younger man, it's seen as "empowering" for women, and most women will cheer her on.
