How fraudulent is this so-called security/law expert I talked to?

So you disagree. Are all people fraudulent who disagree with you? What would you like to do about it? Or perhaps you doubt that you are right on all of those points? Most of them have at least a grain of truth (except the Carnegie Mellon).
