Orlando Florida Vacation???

Okay--So I am fixing to take a group of 8 seniors to Orlando, FL for a senior trip. We are staying for one week. We already have airfare, hotel, rental cars, and tickets to the parks and Magics game. So really all we need to pay for is food, snacks, and treasures...How much do you think is appropriate for each person to take? Be realistic...Thanks!
