Buying From IBuypower?

ok Im on the last step of the ordering process my computer came out to be 1,096$ and i'm going with the bill me later with no intrest for 6 months if paid in full.. but theres something that says ''The fixed Daily Periodic Rate is 0.05477%. This corresponds to an ANNUAL PERCENTAGE RATE of 19.99%.Daily Periodic Rate and ANNUAL PERCENTAGE RATE for Standard Promotional, and Financed Installment Purchases -============ does this mean i'm gunna end up having to pay like 1,540 a month or does that mean i'm going to get charged more than the total 1,097????????
