How can I have another child if my husband had a vasectamy?

I am 27 and have 2 beautiful daughters, they are 7 & 6. They are 10 mo. apart in age. After my youngest daughter was born I told my husband that either he was going to get fixed or I was and he said that he would. I would like to have another child but don't know how to do that since he has had a vasectomy and it has been almost 7 years since he had it done. Can anyone help me?
