Does Maharashtra's dance bar continue?

I remember that the Bombay High Court had struck down the Maharashtra state's law banning professional dancing at bars. As far as I know, the Government had appealed to the Supreme Court. However, recently during the cheerleaders controversy, the CM said that there is a ban on dance bars in the state, and not on dance. What does that mean? Did the Supreme Court allow Maharashtra to reinstate the statute pending its appeal? Has the Supreme Court ped any order yet on the case? Howcome the ban continues when the Bombay High Court ruled it unconstitutional?
