Help with argos essment, christmas temp job!?

Firstly, I have never been to such an interview, when I started working many years ago, you just had to prove that you were interested in the job and had decent skills.. I wish that these types of teambuilding sessions had been available years ago. I would advise you to go in with a relaxed attitude. Everybody will probably be just as nervous as you. If they ask you to do stuff that you think is silly, it's for a good reason. If you are keen on getting the job, it's important that you get on well with other people, and that's why companies carry out these types of interviews. They don't want some person who is unwilling to interact with other staff members or the general public who will be the main source of income for the company. Good luck and remember to relax..
