How important is the axe precision in contact lenses for astigmatism?

See your eye doctor or another eye doctor. Some of them have opinions. Depends on your job, etc. If they are off too much, things will lean and drive you nuts. If you are a craftsman, ypu will not notice if things aren't vertical or straight. Since astignatism contacts have to be weighted to stay in position, I doubt that they are all that accurate. If you lay on your side, for a while, do things look funny to you? That is what it woill be like.
