I need help with Credit Debt and possiably consolidating.?

I'm in a bit of credit card debt and i'm tired of having to keep up with three different cards and different payments and what not. I know some what of my options but i don't really know what they are all the way. I'm scared of getting screwed over, and i don't need to be any worse off then i am. What are some good places to go? i kind of want to just take out a loan and pay them off with that but i'm unsure if a bank will give me a loan. please help any way possiable! thanks
