Which type of drug testing does the LAPD do?

I know New York does hair follicle testing, but I'm wondering about the LAPD, and if they are adamant about the drug testing they commit to (in other words, if they do urinary testing but I am willing to give a blood sample or saliva, will they be OK with that instead?)
