Flooded two stroke engine?

i put new plugs in my sled last week and it wouldnt start today carb is clean and akk the parts are fine it liiks like my float was stuck open problem solved but looks like fuell was flowing all week it sat when i pulled the plugs out they were wet i wiped them off put them back it started for like 30 seconds and died did i just flood my engine that bad but why did it start for a few seconds mabe my plugs went bad from the flood do you think if i let it sit all night the engine will dry up and i just put new plugs in and will it start or did i mess my motor up
