Is Pres. Obama planning on expanding and increasing funding for food stamps?

NO!!!! Surely you are not suggesting this as some kind of economic expansion program - are you? It is all circular and doesnt create anything new. Wouldnt it be better to actually EXPAND the economy so that productivity increases, wealth expands, and people can buy their own food?
