I need alittle help organizing life while I student teach?

I am a married mom as well as a student. I am getting ready to do my student teaching (basically working 40 hours a week and then doing lesson plans at home on my own time) I need help organizing my home life and delegating chores. My husband works a laborous five days each week, from 6am to 6pm. He has offered to help, but I don't want him to do too much as he works very hard. I also have an 8 year old son...so I have to help him with homework each afternoon. What is the best way to organize my life, delegate chores and make sure most of everything gets done so I can survive student teaching?
